First-Purchase Fit Guarantee

Buying your first STIGS shirt should come with a little less uncertainty.

If an eligible shirt from your first STIGS purchase does not fit as expected, you may request one free size correction within 14 days of delivery.

Your replacement must be the same design and same color as the original shirt. There is no shipping & handling charge for an eligible size correction.

To be eligible:

• The request must be made within 14 days of delivery.
• The shirt must be unworn and unwashed, except for trying it on.
• The guarantee applies only to your first STIGS purchase.
• Up to four eligible shirts from the first order may qualify.
• Only one shirt per unique design is eligible.
• Each eligible shirt may receive one size correction.
• If multiple sizes of the same design were purchased on the original order, that design is not eligible for the Fit Guarantee.

The First-Purchase Fit Guarantee is a size-correction program only. It does not provide a standard return or refund for fit.

Damaged, defective, misprinted, incorrect, or improperly fulfilled products are handled separately. If STIGS or our fulfillment partner is responsible for the issue, we will resolve it at no additional cost to you.

STIGS reserves the right to deny claims that do not meet these requirements or appear fraudulent or abusive.

Requesting a size correction

Contact STIGS within 14 days of delivery and provide:

• Your order number
• The shirt/design needing correction
• The size originally ordered
• The replacement size requested
